Rainbow Reading Challenge

Goal

To read 8 books in 2022, one for each of the colours listed below. The colour should be the main colour or a prominent colour on the book’s cover. Extra bragging rights if you read a book that also has the colour in the title.

Use #NeedsMoreRainbow on social media when you finish a book!

The Colours

Red

Green

  • Fun Home by Alison Bechdel

Blue

  • The Calculating Stars by Mary Robinette Kowal
  • Sourdough by Robin Sloan
  • This Is How You Lose the Time War by Amal El-Mohtar and Max Gladstone
  • How the Girl Guides Won the War by Janie Hampton
  • Or just walk into your local library/bookstore, they’ll be able to list twenty books that have a blue cover

Purple
